Somewhere In Between

Now ladies, we all know that there is this place in between the past, the present and the future called “Somewhere In Between.”

The reality hits when one day you look in the mirror and you see the first hint of gray. You know you are not quite ready, so you are back in the salon getting those roots touched up or going a completely different color.

Well, you are not alone and I have the pictures to prove it. I have found too many photos capturing my road to acceptance. Twenty-something, where your color looks like highlights. Thirty-something, where you let your gray grow out for that test run.

Then something happens when forty hits and you reach back again to those nostalgic years when your color was…fill in the blank.

So you are rocking your new color for your forties, then one day you go to take pictures and realize you haven’t been to the salon for a touch-up. Hence the “Somewhere In Between.”

One day ladies it came down to this simple fact – how many more of these pictures did I have to take before realizing there was no turning back?
